The RHS Bearcat Mentoring Program is an organization in which upper class students help freshman students with the transition to the high school campus. Students chosen as mentors are assigned a small group of freshman students to mentor and conduct orientation activities weekly during Advisory in the fall. Students chosen for Bearcat Mentor Council assist with the planning and implementation of the program.
